Salad & Fruit Diet – Week 2

So last week I was doing the smoothie diet and lost 3lbs. This week I have been doing a salad & fruit diet and have lost 2 lbs 🙂

Starting weight – 168lbs
Weight now – 163lbs
Goal weight – 145lbs
Total loss – 5lbs
18 pounds to go!!!

Breakfast
(Very busy in the mornings!!)
Banana
Apple

Lunch
Potato & egg salad (165 cals)
Rainbow vegetable salad (243 cals)
Chicken & basil salad (300 cals)

Snacks
Cubes of watermelon (50 cals)
Cubes of mango (63 cals)
Special K bar (85 cals)
Classic fruit salad (30 cals)

Dinner will consist of something balanced around 400/500 calories such as this steak with chilli noodles which is perfect for 2 people.

Garlic
Chive
Red chilli
Low far coconut milk
Peppers
Courgettes
Dried egg noodles
