Have you thought of incorporating some strengthening exercises into your schedule too? More muscle mass means faster metabolism that could help with weigth loss 🙂
Maybe twice a week, don’t overexhaust yourself! Having that rest day the other day you wrote about was a great idea, your muscles need rest to recover 🙂
