
I have been successfully waking up at 5.30am for a run however last night I went swimming, did non stop breaststroke lengths for 30 minutes. When my alarm sounded, not only was my body screaming with aches and pain but outside my bedroom window didnt look very appealing either!
Having an exercise time table is great but then you can have a day off it switch it to another day!
Should one be running when faced with body aches? I don’t want to injure anything. This is what I told myself and went back to sleep.
