Avocado on Rye

Clean Eating Alice

Inspired by Clean Eating Alice who I follow on Instagram, Twitter and through her book “The Body Bible”.

Ingredients

This breakfast is packed with goodness that should keep you energised until lunchtime. All you need is….

  • A small ripe avocado
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes or a normal tomato (whatever you have in the fridge)
  • Rye bread
  • Pepper

 

Smash the avocado in a bowl with a dash of oil (not too much) and the pepper. If you decided to go with cherry tomatoes then chop them up and mix them in.

Spread over the toasted rye bread.

Take a photo (obviously) and post it on social media.

Enjoy!
