Berry Gin Cocktail

Do you feel like drink too much? Do you find that the short G&T’s go down too quick? I’ve started drinking my gin packed with fruit and fresh juices to make me feel fuller and to slow down the drink itself. It’s tasty and for me lasts longer. Here’s what I do.


  • Gin (your choice)
  • Frozen berries
  • Blender (I have a Breville) 
  • Fresh mint
  • Tonic (low calorie)
  • Lemon
  • Ice (crushed and cubed)

Chuck a handful of frozen berries in your smoothie maker/blended with some cubed ice. Measure out 50ml of gin. Chuck that in with some fresh mint and a squeeze of lemon juice. Blend it up. Pour over crushed ice and fill to the top with the tonic and mix it. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a frozen berry for that all important instagram pic!
